Tiliacora triandra, Yanang is a local medicinal plant widely found in Thai home gardens. It is a versatile ingredient used in traditional Thai cuisine and herbal medicine for its various health benefits. The artistic allure of Yanang lies in the vibrant diversity of its ripening process. The berries do not mature simultaneously, creating a stunning natural gradient that transitions from vivid green and yellow to warm orange and deep red. ?To capture this biological phenomenon, I employed a layering technique. By meticulously building up translucent washes of color, I was able to mimic the organic transformation of the fruit, reflecting the authentic transition of life found in nature.
