My journey into botanical art began several years ago, fueled by a fascination with the intricate realism and delicate complexity of the natural world. I have completed an intensive academic course under the mentorship of Katerina Spirtus, SBA, and for the past two years, I have continued to refine my mastery as a dedicated member of her botanical art club.

In my practice, I am particularly drawn to the high level of detail achievable through watercolor. My goal is to capture the true essence of each specimen with scientific accuracy and artistic sensitivity, focusing on the subtle textures and life cycles of plants. For me, botanical illustration is a way to slow down and document the profound beauty found in nature’s smallest details.
